- Navigate to the left-hand menu and select 'Portfolio View'
2. Next, select 'Companies' from the left-hand navigation menu under 'Portfolio View'
3. This will display the entire list of companies available in the platform. You can filter by property, sequence or status (active/inactive)
4. You can also locate a company by simply searching the name using the search icon at the top right corner of your screen
5. Once you have located the company, click the gear icon to the right of the company name and details
6. At the bottom of your page you will see 'assigned properties'. Here you can move a company to a different property by selecting 'move'.
7. Complete all required fields
Note: All insurance documents for the property will be lost and once you select 'move' this action cannot be undone
8. Scroll to the bottom of your page and select 'move'
9. You will receive confirmation that the company has successfully been moved to a different property
