Preventative Maintenance
Equipment
1. Navigate to "Property Management" -> "Preventative Maintenance" in the left hand menu
2. Select "Equipment Settings"
3. You will now see a table list of all equipment assets. To add a new piece of equipment, press the "New Equipment" button
Fill out as much detail as you wish and that is applicable to your piece of equipment. The required fields at minimum are:
- System -> (ex. Hvac Control Air)
- Property -> The property where this equipment is located or stored
- Floor -> The floor number within the property where the equipment is located or stored
4. Once you have created the equipment you can assign schedules and tasks. To do this, click on the piece of equipment, then select 'schedules'
5. Here you will be able to view schedules set, and add new schedules.
6. To add a schedule, select 'New schedule'
7. Insert desired schedule information. Create tasks if required along with assigning team members to the task.
