- Please make sure you're logged into the platform and select 'Property Management' for the left-hand navigation menu.
2. Next, select 'Users' under 'Property Management'
3. Navigate to the top right- hand corner of your screen and select 'View Pending Invites'
4. Here you can view a list of all the Users invited to join in the platform. You can locate a User by simple searching them using the search icon located at the top right corner of your screen, or you can filter a User by the property or company drop down box.
5. From here you can 'resend' the link by simply selecting the arrow icon to the right of the Users name or you can copy the link by selecting the chain/link icon and pasting it in an email to send to the User.
**Note: Selecting the arrow will send them an email directly from the platform (Note: users should also check their spam emails)
