- Make sure you are logged into the platform and select 'Portfolio View' from the left-hand navigation menu.
2. Next, select 'Properties' below 'Portfolio View'
3. This will display the current list of properties in the platform. You can search the property by using the search icon in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
4. Once you've located your property in the platform, select the gear icon to the right of the property name.
5. This will display the property's details including address, contact information, assigned contacts as well as business hours. Scroll down to the middle of the page and locate 'Business Hours'
6. Here, you can modify the business hours of the property by adjusting the opening and closing times, or by designating days when the property will be closed.
7. Once you've completed your adjustments, select 'Save Changes' at the bottom right corner of your screen.
