1. Please make sure you are logged into the web platform and then select "Platform Settings" in the left hand navigation menu.
2. Next, select "Management team" from "Platform Settings"
3. Locate your Building Operator from the list simply by searching their name then select "view"
4. You can use this feature whether to indicate the Building Operator is on duty, turn on the "vacation" mode if they are away, and set their daily working hours
5. Save your work by selecting "OK"
