- Make sure you are logged into the platform and select 'Portfolio View' from the left-hand navigation menu.
2. Next, select 'Companies' just below 'Portfolio View'
3. This will display the current companies active in the platform. You can locate the company you wish to deactivate from the list or you can simply search it using the search icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
4. Once you've located your company, select the gear icon to the right of the company details.
5. This will display the company's details, including insurance documents and assigned properties. Next, select the the dotted vertical line in the top right-hand corner of your screen next to the company name.
6. Select 'Deactivate'
7. Deactivating a company will deactivate all tenants and tenant contacts as well, once you select 'Deactivate' you cannot undo this action.
