1. Please make sure you are logged into the web platform and then select "Property Management" in the left hand navigation menu.
2. Next select "Users" in the left hand navigation menu under "Property Management"
3. Locate the User and select the edit icon on the right hand side of your screen
4. Click on the three vertical lines located on the upper right-hand side of the User's profile
5. Select delete/deactivate User
6. Select "Yes I'm sure" to confirm and save changes
